I really just had the best workout of my life.
Started off with a mile run, and this time I went on an actual track not a treadmill!
I expected to be slower but I ran the fastest mile I’ve ever ran in my life.
- 1 mile (8:50)
- Then I did this circuit

- Rowing Machine 10 mins (~600 cal/hr = 100 cal)
- Various weight machines (chest, tri, shoulder, quads, hip adductors)
So yeah feeling pretty great. :)
Oh and I started a new diet supplement.
Altogether it’s been about two weeks I think and I’m down ~5-6 lbs. :D
