Measurement Comparison
Couple months ago:
37 1/2” BUST
28 1/2” WAIST
40” HIPS
Today, February 22
35 1/2” BUST
30” WAIST
38 1/2” HIPS
Guess I really built up my ab muscles?
Oh and I totally cut down my mile time by a few more seconds. One day I’ll be able to run a 7 min mile…then maybe even a 6! Who knows.

I really just had the best workout of my life.
Started off with a mile run, and this time I went on an actual track not a treadmill! I expected to be slower but I ran the fastest mile I’ve ever ran in my life.
1 mile (8:50)
Then I did this circuit
Rowing Machine 10 mins (~600 cal/hr = 100 cal)
Various weight machines (chest, tri, shoulder, quads, hip adductors)
So yeah feeling pretty great. :)
Oh and I started a new diet...
